Nurses Link Up is a dedicated online platform where nurses can connect, communicate, collaborate, and share knowledge with their peers. The platform supports professional networking, content creation, mentorship, and learning opportunities, helping nurses grow both personally and professionally.

To join Nurses Link Up, follow these steps:

  1. Download the Nurses Link Up App:
    Available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  2. Open the App:
    Once downloaded, open the app and be directed to the subscription page.
  3. Choose Your Subscription:
    Select the type of subscription that best suits your needs:
    1. Primary Access Basic Membership Annual
    2. Primary Access Basic Membership Monthly
    3. Advanced Access Premium Membership Annual
    4. Advanced Access Premium Membership Monthly
  4. Confirm Payment:
    After selecting your subscription, the Apple Store or Google Play Store will process the payment.
  5. Create Your Profile:
    Once payment is confirmed, you can create your profile. This will allow you to connect with fellow nurses, participate in groups and forums, and explore the platform’s features.

The Primary Access Basic Membership ($5/month or $60/year) offers:

  • Access to member profiles
  • Participation in professional groups and forums
  • Ability to connect and message other members
  • Access to some blog posts, some free courses, media sharing, and more

The Advanced Access Premium Membership ($30/month or $300/year) includes all the Basic Membership features, plus:

  • Exclusive access to webinars and workshops (2x/year)
  • Ability to create your groups and forums
  • Access to all blog post
  • Access to all free courses
  • Collaborating with the Nurses Link Up team to create and sell courses and eBooks

You can easily upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Go to your account settings, select the “product” option, and choose the plan you want. If you need assistance, our support team can help at nurseslinkup1@gmail.com.

Upgrade or Downgrade Nurses Link Up Membership on iOS (Apple Subscription):

  1. Open the Settings App:
    • Tap the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Go to Your Apple ID:
    • Tap on your name or Apple ID at the top of the Settings menu.
  3. Access Subscriptions:
    • Select Subscriptions from the Apple ID menu to view all your active and expired subscriptions.
  4. Select Nurses Link Up Subscription:
    • Find and tap on your Nurses Link Up subscription. You will see your current plan (either Basic or Premium).
  5. Choose a New Membership Plan:
    • To upgrade to Premium, select the Premium plan.
    • To downgrade to Basic, select the Basic plan.
  6. Confirm the Change:
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the upgrade or downgrade. Apple will process the change:
      • Upgrading: Charges will be prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle.
      • Downgrading: The downgrade will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Upgrade or Downgrade Nurses Link Up Membership on Android (Google Play Subscription):

  1. Open the Google Play Store App:
    • Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
  2. Access Menu and Subscriptions:
    • Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper left corner, then select Subscriptions from the menu.
  3. Select Nurses Link Up Subscription:
    • Find and tap on your Nurses Link Up subscription. You will see your current plan (either Basic or Premium).
  4. Choose a New Membership Plan:
    • To upgrade to Premium, select the Premium plan.
    • To downgrade to Basic, select the Basic plan.
  5. Confirm the Change:
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the upgrade or downgrade. Google Play will process the change:
      • Upgrading: The upgrade will be applied immediately, and charges will be prorated for the remainder of the current cycle.
      • Downgrading: The downgrade will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

General Notes for Both Platforms:

  • Upgrading: When you upgrade, the app store (Apple or Google Play) will charge you the difference for the new plan and adjust the renewal date as needed.
  • Downgrading: If downgrading, your current higher-tier membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and the new lower-tier membership will take effect at the beginning of the next cycle.

As a Premium Member, you can create and sell courses, eBooks, and other nursing-related content. Once you upgrade, you will collaborate with the Nurses Link Up Team to upload, share, and monetize your content with the Nurses Link Up community. Need help getting started? Our webinars and workshops are available to Premium Members and are held twice a year. You will receive email notifications and details on upcoming events within the platform. RSVP to join the live sessions or access recordings afterward..
